Hi…I’m a former widow…currently married mom of 8 who has lived in 3 countries…and I just like to write…
I’ve lived thru a few things which are book-worthy (that have taught me lessons) and I never cease to ask the all important question about everything, “Why?” I believe EVERYTHING means something…and I believe that the most important evidence in the world second only to the revelation of God in the life of Jesus…is the world God created…
In Romans 1 it says this:
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools…”
What I think that means…
The wrath of God…God is ticked off when we misunderstand Him ’cause we have no excuse ’cause He’s made it OBVIOUS! Since creation! Even before the revelation of Jesus! Even before the Bible! Everything about God is OBVIOUS and when we REFUSE to see it…when we supress the truth it ticks Him off!!!
Why would it tick Him off? Because the truth about Him has been made CLEARLY SEEN and EVIDENT…SO MUCH SO THAT…in order to NOT see it you must SUPPRESS it…it’s THAT obvious that you will only not see it if you suppress it!
THAT is how important it is to ask “Why” about everything…and to look at EVERYTHING an wonder what God is showing us about Himself thru this!
THAT is how important it is to trust the bodies God created us with and to use our minds…because the truth about Him is evident in us…we know the truth…if only we will allow it to set us free!!!
I believe our minds are so programmed by our cultures, by our upbringing, by our experiences, by peer pressure, and by a force of darkness…that it is extremely difficult to see what’s there before our eyes…but if we persist in asking and digging we can find the truth…and it is just so cool when ya see something!
This truth about God and life is one thing that makes me tick…and is constantly on my mind…and so I am constantly thinking, questioning, analyzing, wondering, researching, talking, and typing about stuff I think I’m figuring out. To me, discovering more truth about God is an endlessly exciting thing and I never tire of it and never will!
I also maintain a blog called, “On Becoming Ezzowise”…all about the way we raise our kids…since I have 8 I have learned a few things… :)
I never make it public tho…it’s totally anonymous…so only you now know… :P
